Another brewery is opening this summer in downtown Waupaca. John and Ashlyn Parent plan to open 22 Lakes Brewing Co. at 107 W. Fulton St. around the end of July. According to the Waupaca County Post, Mark Polebitski will be the brewmaster. For more details Waupaca County Post
